The City of Windsor 2024 Interim Property Tax Bills are in the mail.

Due dates for regular tax payments are Feb. 14, March 13, and April 17.
Tax payments are accepted at approved banks, credit union or trust company, by telephone or online banking, mortgage payments at your financial institution, or through cheques at the 350 City Hall Square West drop-off box – 1st Floor or by mail.
The city also offers three convenient pre-authorized payment plans (PAP). Visit Paying Your Taxes at CityWindsor.ca to access the forms and due dates.
Property owners having trouble with their property tax payments are encouraged to seek lower cost financing alternatives.
Tax Repayment Program, Tax Relief Program (Extreme Poverty or Sickness) and Tax Deferral Program (Low-Income Seniors or Persons with Disabilities) are some programs assisting with property taxes.
Tax payers will receive a tax bill if the taxes are paid by a mortgage or financial institution.
Failure to receive a tax bill does not exempt property owners from paying their taxes.
Penalties and interest will be added for overdue payments.
