Dipetro sent back to Ottwa 67s

Michael DiPietro has been sent back to the Ottawa 67s after being the 5th goalie under the age of 20 to start in the NHL.
The former Windsor Spitfire goaltender was called up by the Vancouver Canucks last week and joined the team on an emergency basis due to an injury suffered by back-up player Thatcher Demkos.
DiPietro and the Canucks lost 7-2 in his debut to the San Jose Sharks.
DiPietro will be continuing his Memorial Cup run with the Ottawa 67s who play this Sunday against the Kitchener Rangers.
"Some adversity has been thrown but it's ok, it's something I can work towards bettering my game and bettering myself. It's still a dream come true.' – DiPietro is keeping a positive attitude after making his #NHL debut. pic.twitter.com/nq8QGufbou
