Walk to raise funds for mission

The Downtown Mission will be hosting its 5th annual Coldest Night of the Year event next weekend.

The Coldest Night of the Year is a family-friendly walk with a goal to raise money for charities serving the homeless and hungry.

This year, organizers hope to have 250 walkers and raise $50 000 for the Downtown Mission. The event has raised over $21,400,000 in support of 132 charity partners in its short history.
