The fourth and final suspect in an attempted murder investigation that has been on-going since last December turned himself into the Windsor Police on Wednesday.

Police have been on the look-out for four individuals since the downtown shooting Dec. 22, but did not ask the public for help out of fear the call would trigger more gunfire.

During the investigation, officials found shell casings in the area of Hanna Street East and Dufferin Place. They also seized a vehicle with a multiple bullet holes in it.

Sara Dalton, 28, Star Keisha Upham, 32, and 19-year-olds Fernando Ratcliffe and Johnny Furia have all been charged with attempted murder.

Anyone with information can call the Windsor Police Service at 519-255-6700, ext. 4830, CrimeStoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS) or online at catchcrooks.com.
