Splash pads reopen in Windsor
The water is on at Jackson Park on Wed. July 15. Most splash pads in the city of Windsor re-opened Mon. July 13 and kids now can enjoy cooling off outdoors after closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Splash pads are now surrounded by temporary fencing and an attendant is present to monitor social distancing measures. According to a city employee on site on Wednesday, up to 30 children can use the splash pad at a time under the current restrictions.
