Make your life easier by making “Meditation” as a part of your daily routine. 

This is one of the hardest times humankind has been through as we face the restriction of going out because we fear getting infected by Covid-19. 

So, what can we really do rather than following our same routine? 

Mediation has been in practice since ancient times and is always mistaken as a religious belief, but it is much more than just a religious belief.  We can help ourselves by meditating. Science has proven that practicing meditation does not only benefit us in staying focused, it also helps us to stay mentally, emotionally and physically healthy. It is proven that if mediation is done properly, one hour of mediation can give our body the same energy we would be getting from eight hours of sleep. 

Meditation is not about knowing the person you are of course everybody knows themselves. It means to know your inner-self better and explore the real blessings you have. During the lockdown period, the only way to keep ourselves engaged was electronic gadgets; smartphones, laptops and tv. So, when we meditate it gives us the time to be alone and revives our intellect. Even till now we are nearly in the same circumstance, so it is the finest time to include something different/new to our lives. And believe me, it will be the best thing ever you’ll be able do for yourself.

  • Improves emotional health
  • Improves self-awareness
  • Lengthens attention span
  • Reduces memory loss
  • Makes us more kind
  • May help against addiction
  • Improves sleep
  • Helps with pain management
  • May decrease blood pressure 

I was made aware of the concept of meditation by a friend of mine who has been practicing it since childhood. 

So, I began practicing it and truly felt the change in me which was positive, it progressed my focus, memory, and sleep. It makes me feel happy and so much satisfying. It keeps you motivated and boosts your vitality to do the work more efficiently all day, and by the end of the day you still feel cheerful, not frustrated. Meditation helps you deal with anything in life and keep you strong.

I would advise all to start doing it and it will without a doubt help each of us to pass through this challenging time and help us to overcome the loneliness and would make our life a part simpler. It gives a new meaning to life.
