Man charged in alleged sexual assault

 A 20-year-old man has been arrested after an alleged sexual assault on St. Clair College Campus.

An alleged sexual assault took place on the Talbot Rd campus of St. Clair College on April 1.   

Police were trying to identify a suspect who allegedly brought a female student to a stairwell police say that’s where an assault happened. 

After leaving the college, the woman got in touch with the police.  

Police say the individual turned himself in on Friday at police headquarters.  

Ethen Arkinstall faces charges of Sexual assault and horrible confinement.
