Fire investigation at 1400 block of Benjamin Ave.

Windsor fire officials are investing an early morning fire in the 1400 block of Benjamin Ave.

The fire took place at around 3 a.m. in a basement of 1429 Benjamin Ave. on April 15.

Two people are displaced but no one was injured in the blaze.

About $200,000 of damage was caused.
