Something smells sweet as soon as you walk into Sweet Revenge Bake Shop on Wyandotte Street East, where the owner decided to introduce new baking classes starting Nov. 26.

Scott said these classes will cover how to make different specialty cakes and macaroons. She said these classes were introduced because she wants to give baking classes a fresh and trendy touch.

The bake shop has been operating under Saskia Scott since 2014. Scott said she finds pride not only in the success of her business, but rather the work put into the product as well.

“I did not get my Red Seal to add water to mix. We use real products and we have professional staff making sure that every cake and pastry is made with the absolute best care,” said Scott.

Ashley St Pierre, a customer at Sweet Revenge Bake Shop, said she is looking forward to the new baking classes.

“I think this is super creative and good for the community,” said St Pierre.
