Black Friday numbers spike at Devonshire

Windsorites took part in Black Friday festivities on the Canadian side of the border at Devonshire Mall. Last year, the mall saw just over 37,000 people and is expected to exceed that number into the 40,000 range. But, not all of the stores are participating in the Black Friday sales.
