Caesars Windsor wins top employer award

The Tourism Industry Association of Ontario has named Caesars Windsor “Employer of the Year,” honouring their commitment to an employee-focused workplace.

The awards recognize those who have made outstanding contributions to the tourism industry in Ontario. The “Employer of the Year” award specifically recognizes “an organization that has developed an admirable reputation as a great place to work, and established itself as an upstanding example of Ontario’s tourism industry,” according to the TIAO website.

Caesars Windsor has more than 2,500 employees.

“Caesars Windsor is honoured to be presented with this prestigious award and to be recognized in the province of Ontario as a top employer,” said regional president Kevin Laforet.

Last year, Caesars Windsor also won the Forbes Best Employer Award.

Caesars Windsor has also won local awards from the Association of Fundraising Professionals for their philanthropic contributions to Windsor.
