The housing market continues to be reshaped by several factors as Canadians search for an affordable place to call home.

The average monthly cost of a two-bedroom apartment in Windsor grew by 24.6 per cent over the past year to $1,420 according to the Zumper Canadian Rent Report.

The company compiles rental data from the nation’s 24 most populous regions.
A one-bedroom apartment now costs $1,130, an increase of 18.9 per cent.
