Children with ADHD benefit from martial arts

Harvard University doctors and studies show that participating in martial arts can benefit children with ADHD.

The exercise stimulates norepinephrine and dopamine chemicals in the brain. Martial arts also requires them to use complex movements with their muscles requiring focus.
