Canada is known as a cultural mosaic, with the nation’s diversity on full display this weekend for Culture Days.

According to the City of Windsor, culture days will raise awareness and engagement in Canadians for their community’s arts and culture.

Nathalie Mero, a spokeswoman with the Chimczuk Museum, said  a lot of things are planned for the weekend, designed for children.

“We’re going to have numerous activities for children in our hands-on history section,” said Mero.

There will be a prohibition exhibit with free admission for the museum on Saturday and Sunday. The Art Gallery of Windsor is celebrating its culture days on Friday and Saturday.
