E.C. Row open at Walker Rd.

Windsor Police Service tweeted at 3:50 Oct. 16 that E.C. Row Expressway has been re-opened westbound at Walker Road.

The on and off ramps for the expressway had been closed since July 3 due to storm sewer and road rehabilitation construction and were scheduled to remain closed until December.

WPS have reported that traffic is beginning to clear up.
