Eleven people displaced in east Windsor fire

Eleven people were displaced when a house fire broke out in the 2800 block of Rivard Avenue Sunday.

Fire crews arrived about noon to find the home fully engulfed in flames.

There were no injuries, but the house suffered $100,000 in damages.

Windsor Police closed Grandview Street and Haig Street while crews battled the blaze.
