Film festival brings back old memories
Film legends from the early 20s were the focus of a film festival in Windsor this weekend.
“Silent Film Greats” is a weekend event where silent films are screened at the Capitol Theatre.
Four pictures, starring the likes of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton were accompanied with live music from the Windsor Symphony Orchestra.
Shelly Sharpe who attended the event said it was a terrific success.
“When they first came out, it was a bit like coming home and going back to our roots,” said Sharpe.
