Fire fighters were kept busy Easter Sunday
Windsor Fire responded to at least two houses fires over the Easter weekend, including at 395 Tuscarora and 1820 Pier Street.
Tuscarora was a vacant house, so no one was injured in the fire.
“The cause of fire is still under investigation,” said chief fire prevention officer John Lee.
A solar panel failure on the roof was the reason for the other fire.
“No one was injured nor the house was damaged as it was just a solar panel,” Lee added.
The damage for this is pegged at $5,000.
