Firefighters knock down fire

Windsor Firefighters responded to a working fire in the 1000 block of Niagara Street, around 3:30 p.m. 

On arrival, firefighters had heavy fire, damaging the next house. 

Crews were able to get a quick knock on the fire, still dealing with hotspots in the roof. 

Windsor Fire investigators attended the scene and determined the fire was accidental, damages were $200,000 and eight people were displaced.
