Grammys 2024 : Taylor Swift Makes History

In a dazzling ceremony held last night, the 2024 Grammy Awards showcased magnificent talent and unforgettable moments in the heart of the fans.

Phoebe Bridgers had the most wins, with four trophies (three with her band).  

Taylor Swift made history by winning Album of the year for “Midnights” for the fourth time in a row. The superstar had previously been tied on three best albums with Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon and Frank Sinatra. 

The song “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus was voted as record of the year and best pop solo performance. Followed by the Song of the year was given to Billie Eilish for the song “What was I made for” from the movie barbie. 

The show at Los Angeles was dominated by women, with R&B stars SZA and Victoria Monet and all female indie supergroup Boygenius picking up multiple awards. Killer Mike was the top male winner, taking three rap trophies which led to him being booked on a misdemeanor charge. 

The ceremony was hosted by Trevor Noah, with our superstars’ performances including SZA, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa and Tracy Chapman with Luke Combs.
