According to theweathernetwork.com, high temperature are to remain today and tomorrow. A cold front is expecting to pass through Southern Ontario on Wednesday, bringing cooler temperatures to end the heat wave.
The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit issued a heat warning early this morning and are urging the public to take necessary precautions. The health unit also said there are many ways people can avoid heat illness. Precautions include drinking more water, wearing sunglasses when outdoors and just staying home. If there is no air conditioner in your house, find somewhere cool to avoid high temperatures.
