The crew of a Halifax-class frigate is offering tours of the ship at Dieppe Park on Windsor’s riverfront, Sept. 6, 2012.
The tours are held from 1 p.m.- 3 p.m., today through Saturday, and aim to educate people about the Royal Canadian Navy’s role in protecting the shorelines. The ship, HMCS Ville de Quebec, is taking part in the Great Lakes Deployment, an outreach by the RCN to inform Canadian citizens.
