Local business owner charged with fraud

Windsor Police have charged a local businessman after customers complained they spent thousands of dollars on services they never received.
Police launched their investigation into Certified Windows and Doors after receiving more than 70 complaints from customers who claimed they paid for windows and doors that were never delivered.
The company owner told CBC News last November that he had been away from from work for over a year and a half due to health issues.
Craig O’Brien, 44, faces two charges of fraud of $5,000 and one count of uttering a forged document.
