London police issue homicide charges
London police have announced charges against two people after a man was found unresponsive in a city park last weekend.
Late Friday evening, officers issued a statement that the pair were arrested sometime earlier in the day, in connection to the death of 52-year-old Daniel Joseph Fawcett of London.
They are identified by police as 48-year-old Craig Allan and 40-year-old Allana Lebars. Allan faces one count of second-degree murder, while Lebars is charged with manslaughter.
Both accused were on the Windsor Police Service’s radar after they were identified as suspects in a rash of debit card thefts from gym locker rooms. Police issued warrants for their arrest.
Anyone with information about the investigation is asked to call London Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
