People’s Party of Canada (PPC) leader Maxime Bernier is visiting Windsor this week.

The leader will be attending a rally at the Ciociaro Club, as well as a barbecue and industry round table. PPC supporters may attend the event and speak with Bernier in a more private setting.

The barbecue and industry round table offer a unique opportunity for supporters to discuss concerns on the current Canadian business environment with Bernier.

The PPC was formed by Maxime Bernier in 2018 following his resignation from the Conservative party. In a post on his official website, Bernier said that the People’s Party of Canada focuses on “individual freedom, personal responsibility, fairness, and respect.”

While the rally is open to the public and does not require confirmation, the barbecue requires the purchase of a ticket. However, those who donate $200 or more to the PPC are eligible to attend the barbecue free of charge.

The Ciociaro doors open to the public for the barbecue at 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., followed by the rally. Supporters also have the opportunity to attend the industry round table at 2:30 p.m., before the barbecue and rally begin.
