Parental child abduction leads to Canada-wide arrest warrant

Windsor Police Services has issued a Canada–wide arrest warrant in a parental abduction investigation. 

In April 2019, Windsor police launched an investigation into a case involving a 34-year-old man who allegedly abducted his two children ages 5 and 9. 

Police believe the suspect travelled with both children to Lebanon from Toronto, despite a court order. Local authorities are aiming to bring the children back to Canada to have the accused man appear before court, and return the children to their mother.
