Pigs, which calls itself “Canada’s most authentic Pink Floyd tribute” band, is promising to bring an epic and rare treat for Pink Floyd fans here in Windsor.

The band will be performing the entire Floyd catalog Oct. 14, including a few special surprises from Floyd solo records and legendary albums like Animals, and The Wall, Wish You Were Here and more, according to Mike Alexander who’s in charge of patron services.

‘‘Our lighting, sound, and visual designers are incredible. (It’s) such (a) musical experience, you will never forget,’’ said Alexander.

According to the Pigs website, the band formed in 2008 in Victoria, B.C. There are seven band members including a backup singer and a saxophonist in most performances.

The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $35.
