Windsor Police Service hit impaired drivers with a traffic blitz on the evening of Nov. 23 and into the following morning.

Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere check points were set up throughout the city. As a result of the RIDE program, Windsor Police stopped 498 vehicles, issued three 72-hour suspensions and 31 Highway Traffic Act tickets.
