Police blotter Feb. 21

Windsor Police Service is searching for several males in relation to two separate robberies which took place the morning of Feb. 21.
WPS were dispatched to the Metropolitan Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital and the 300 block of Janette Avenue after it was reported four men and women were injured in two separate robberies.
Two male victims were also transported to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries after a number of men entered a residence in the 300 block of Janette Avenue. The men had been visiting friends when the incident occurred.
In what police are calling an unrelated incident, another man and woman were admitted to the hospital and were treated for non life-threatening injuries. The couple had been sleeping in their home in the 1900 block on Ellrose Avenue when a number of men entered the residence.

In a 24-hour period spanning Feb. 20-21, Windsor Police Service:
• Answered 226 calls to emergency 911 phone lines
• Responded to 59 calls to 911 requiring police assistance
• Handled 256 calls for service, dispatched or officer-initiated
• Issued 50 tickets for provincial offences
• Arrested and lodged 10 prisoners
