A suspect involved in a break and enter in the 100 block of Janette Avenue has been arrested and charged.

Jamie Loiselle, originally identified by the Windsor Police Service as suspect one, was found by police in a vehicle in the area of Hall Avenue and Giles Boulevard. Officers stopped the vehicle and Loiselle was arrested without incident.

Loiselle is charged with break and enter, robbery, two counts of assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.

Suspects two and three are still wanted by WPS in connection with the incident.

The second suspect is male, light black skin, 5-11, 250 lbs, muscular build, 25-35 years old, short black hair, green eyes, has tattoos on both arms and a tattoo of red lips on the left side of his neck and was wearing a grey, zip-up hoodie and blue jeans at the time of the incident.

Suspect three is Caucasian, mid 20s, stands 5-7, medium build, short blonde buzz-cut hair, brown eyes, pointy jaw with strong features and was wearing a baggy grey t-shirt and baggy blue jeans.

In a 24-hour period spanning March 7-8, the Windsor Police Service:
▪ Answered 236 calls to emergency 911 phone lines
▪ Responded to 66 calls to 911 requiring police assistance
▪ Handled 245 calls for service
▪ Issued 49 tickets for provincial offences
▪ Arrested and lodged 15 prisoners
