Police seek armed robbery suspects
Windsor police are searching for two masked suspects involved in a jewelry store robbery Tuesday in the 4100 block of Walker Road.
The two men used an axe to smash several display cases before fleeing the scene with the stolen jewelry in a grey Dodge Durango shortly before 6 p.m., said police.
Officers arrived minutes after the suspects fled.
The suspects are to be considered armed and dangerous, said police.
The first suspect is described as a white male, about 5-feet-nine-inches, 170 pounds. He was carrying what police believe is a firearm.
The second suspect is described only as a male. He was carrying an axe.
