Pothole Problem Persist

Snow is melted off the roads and drivers have to face another nuisance.

Potholes are found everywhere in the city and come in many shapes and sizes, and are created when a repetitive process of water getting in the crack of the road then freezes which stretches out. Through the year, the city sends a team to look and mark the location of the pothole so later it can be patched.

Encountering a pothole can be costly and harmful to yourself and others here are a few tips to avoid potholes and the problems they present.

• Give space don’t drive too close to other cars
• Slow down if you see a pothole
• Cover your breaks but don’t press them
• Breaking on a pothole can cause damage to your tires
• Check at times if your tires are full
