Power outage forces Coronation students and staff to W.F. Herman Academy
By Alyssa Leonard
A power failure Monday morning at Coronation Public School forced staff and students to relocate to W.F. Herman Academy for the remainder of the day.
Electricians are already on site and they are confident they will be able to repair the issue before school starts tomorrow, according to Scott Scantlebury, Public Relations officer at the GECDSB.
The cause of the outage hasn’t been released.
Students and staff will be bused back to Coronation at the end of the day for regular dismissal at 3:15 p.m.
