Santa Claus is coming to St.Clair College!
You better watch out! You better not cry! And you better wear your mask! Because Santa Claus, Ms.Claus and the whole North Pole gang are headed to St.Clair College for Windsor’s annual Santa Claus parade with a few adjustments to keep the public safe.
This year, St.Clair College will be hosting the yearly Santa Claus parade as a drive-thru event to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 while still spreading Christmas cheer to everyone in Windsor-Essex. The parade floats will be set up along the St.Clair College campus and attendees will drive by each float from the safety of their own cars as a way to enjoy the parade while still following public health and safety rules.
This holiday season will obviously be very different then most but it’s nice to see the community coming together to make this a somewhat “normal” holiday season for everyone and putting smiles on peoples faces as this difficult year comes to a close. I for one am very excited to attend this event with my family and I encourage anyone who is also interested to load the family up in the car and drive on down to St.Clair to wave hello to Santa Claus and his elves!
The parade will take place On Saturday, December 5 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the main campus of St.Clair College on Talbot Rd. Everyone from Windsor-Essex is welcome and as always, it’s free of charge!
Not even Covid-19 will stop Santa Claus from coming to this town!
