St. Clair’s got Talent show entertained the college

The St. Clair’s Got Talent show was performed at the main campus on Feb. 13, 2020.

It was hosted by student Gilberto Hernandez and SRC director Jeremy Deam. Ten participants performed on the stage while almost 200 students watched. After each performance, comments were given by judges.

Talent was shown by singing, dancing and magic tricks. Three contestants performed Punjabi songs as well as English, showing how diverse the St. Clair student population has become.

Palwinder Kaur,  a student in the Hospitality program, was one of the night’s contestants. She said she has been fond of dance since her childhood and is self-taught. She used to perform at her school functions and any competition in her area.

The winner was awarded $1000.
