Lowe’s Canada opens second Windsor location

About 75 full-time jobs and 80 part-time seasonal jobs have been created with the opening of a new Lowe’s store in east Windsor. Lowe’s invested more than $21.6 million to transform the former RONA store at 7350 Catherine Street into
