Vancouver police make arrest in hit-and-run death of Windsor skateboarder

Vancouver Police have made an arrest in the April 2016 hit and run death of Windsor musician and skateboarder Ryan Barron. Barron had been skateboarding with a friend on Heather Street in Vancouver when he was struck by a vehicle.
