Pedestrian struck on Ouellette

by Austin Kerr At approximately 1:30 p.m. Windsor Police Services and Windsor-Essex EMS responded to the intersection of Ouellette and Shepherd for reports of a pedestrian hit.  Upon arrival, Police found a victim laying in the middle of the roadway.
