Thousands of cheering Windsor residents were on hand to greet the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train when it rolled into town.
“I love the lights. It’s around my house and makes everybody come out and see everywhere and I love it,” said Robert Little.
The Holiday Train has been collecting donations and raising funds for food banks for 20 years across North America.
“I think it’s amazing, so many people here,” said Jane Mink. “I cannot believe it this is my first time here to see all of this. It’s magical.”
Rising Canadian country music star JoJo Mason entertained the crowd with songs and beatboxing. He said the event was about having fun, appreciating life and sharing stories.
