Transit Windsor may change bus route

 

 

 

 

 

Transit Windsor may change the route of Transway 1C over the next month.

The proposed route change would remove the Transway 1C from the Rivard Avenue, Rose Street and Roseville Garden Drive areas it covers now. It would instead travel through the area surrounding Tecumseh Mall, which includes a bus station as well for customers to use.

This decision is part of a bigger plan by Transit Windsor in their Transit Master Plan, a broader initiative decided in 2019 to address a variety of issues within Windsor’s transit system.
