Weekend Parent Avenue fire displaces six people

A weekend fire on Parent Avenue has left six people in the cold and caused $100,000 of damage.
The fire started in the living room of the lower unit in a duplex in the 400 block of Parent Avenue, according to Windsor Fire and Rescue investigators.

The upper unit sustained smoke damage as well.
Parent fire started in lower unit of duplex in the living room in the area of the couch, damage mostly lower unit, smoke only upper unit $ 100,000. 6 people displaced, no injuries. *JL

Thankfully, no one was injured in the blaze.
