Windsor-Essex COVID cases rise by three

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit reported three new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday.

Windsor marked the first day since the lockdown with zero cases on Oct. 21. However, the number rose to 17 on Tuesday. The total number of cases stand at 2,815 as of Wednesday.
