Windsor man charged for releasing dog abuse video

After a shocking video of a man abusing a dog was sent to the Windsor Police Services, a Windsor man was charged with causing unnecessary pain, suffering or injury to an animal. He had sent the video to a family member who then reported it to the police. He was arrested on Nov. 16. Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor Police.
