Windsor police investigating fatal shooting

A suspect has been arrested in Windsor’s second murder of 2017.

53-year-old William Green is in custody in relation to the shooting of a 59-year-old man in the 900 block of Elsmere Avenue.

Green was arrested on Sunday.

He is charged with one count of first degree murder.
