Sundays in the Studio at the Art Gallery of Windsor offers guests an opportunity to use new mediums with hands-on instruction from experienced artists.

For the past five years, the AGW has been hosting these family-oriented events weekly from 1-4pm. The walk-in art sessions see anywhere from about five to 40 people.

The entire month of October features Kristina Brandt, University of Windsor BFA graduate.

“I’m here to help facilitate creative projects for people of any age to come in and get their creative fix for the weekend,” said Brandt.

She previously interned at the AGW and is now very excited to be in her first art-related teaching job.

This month’s schedule encompasses many different mediums, all of which Brandt is proud to be facilitating.

The second half of this month’s Sundays in the Studio will include themes of interior design and sewing the skyline.

Sundays in the Studio are free to attend with the $10 AGW admission fee.
