Windsor Police investigate stabbing
Windsor Police are currently investigating a stabbing that occurred Monday night.
Police responded to the 900 block of Pelissier St for following a report of someone being assaulted. Police located a male who had multiple stab wounds and was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Forensics Identification also attended the scene.
The victim had a verbal argument with two other men, which had turned into a physical altercation, resulting in the victim being stabbed multiple times and hit with a metal pole.
On Nov. 5, police located and arrested suspect Jeffery Major in the 800 block of Ouellette Ave. He is currently being charged with assault with a weapon and weapon dangerous. Charges are pending.
Police have issued a warrant for the other suspect.
Skylar Scott, 30, is wanted for numerous charges including assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and possession of a dangerous weapon. Scott is described as an indigenous male, 5’10” tall, with a medium build and long black curly hair with a ponytail.
Police are asking residents in the area to check their security cameras between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. for evidence supporting the case.
